Manage total guest experience from 1st contact via email or phone through booking reservations & parties, to room set-up, taking orders and servicing guests every need & wish possible, with a positive professional attitude. Co-ordinating with the kitchen and team members. Asking questions at the right time to ensure you guide guests through the process, so the team can deliver the perfect end result, which means they love the level of service & hospitality you provide. They want to name YOU in their 5 star review & tell everyone they know that they must visit, so they too can receive such an amazing experience themselves. They then want to become a brand ambassador & come back time and time again bringing back more of their friends and people they know.
Your can-do attitude and your ever-smiling face will mean you will do everything you can to make their experience an amazing one.
